REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Refund and Exchanges

  • All items must be returned within 14 days.
  • All clothing must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unmarked in any way with all tags intact. There must be no signs of tampering with labels or tags.
  • Jewellery and accessories worn on the fabrics can cause snagging or damage to the clothing and so we advice you take extra care when wearing such with the clothing as we cannot exchange or refund items that have been damaged or snagged.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on any garments with any form of damage which could be makeup, cosmetic stains, deodorant stains e.t.c.
  • If you wish to exchange an item please contact us to make sure the item is still in stock. 
  • We advice all items returned are sent with a tracked/signed  for service as we accept no responsibility for lost returns.

Please Note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

  • We do not cover or refund the shipping cost of your return/exchange.
